Good morning frosty Thursday

A cold start with widespread frost, and the odd shower in the west, these spreading east across the region this morning. 

Some sunny spells in the east at first, and again in the west later.

A maximum temperature of 5 °C.

How sweet the morning air is! 

See how that one little cloud floats 

like a pink feather 

from some gigantic flamingo.

 

Now the red rim of the sun pushes itself over 

the London cloud-bank.
